Return & Refund Policy

At Amelissy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@amelissy.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll assist with investigating the shipment.
